In preparation for my web application security talk at Damascus High School, I have made my presentation available through slideshare.  I will be speaking to Jeff Brown’s Advanced Web Design students. I plan on eventually also providing code examples (where the real meat of the presentation lives).  For now, this will have to do!

Update: Post Presentation

Just got back from the presentation and things went great. I had forgotten how fast a 45 minute period goes by, and consequently portions of the presentation had to be cut out. I also, for various reasons, couldn’t show my code examples. The kids seemed engaged and interested, and I think they understood the main point I was trying to get across: take care of your data online, and if you’re developing an online application, take care of the information of others. Jeff Brown recorded the presentation and will be making it available at his site very soon. When that happens I will provide a link here.
